Huawei Band 11 arrives in Italy, also in a Pro version | Prices and specifications

As we've seen in recent weeks , Huawei has launched its new Band 11 range of fitness trackers —perhaps it's more accurate to call it a "soft launch," all things considered, but things are changing today, at least for our market . Availability is immediate, with promotions that will continue over the next few weeks until April. The main news is that the Pro model, which until now had remained the prerogative of the Chinese market, is now also available internationally.

Aesthetically, both models are quite different from their direct predecessors. There's a more pronounced bezel around the display , with rounded corners that, in the case of the "non-Pro" model, give it a certain Nokia Lumia effect, which always has its charm. The standard Huawei Band 11 is available in six colors—Beige, Green, White, Black, Purple, and Black Polymer—with fluoroelastomer straps and a polymer case for the Purple and Black versions, while the others use aluminum. The Huawei Band 11 Pro is available in Green, Black, and Blue: the former with a nylon strap, the latter with a fluoroelastomer.

The dimensions and weight also change slightly, which we summarize below:

      • Band 11: 42.6 x 28.2 x 8.99 mm, weight 16 or 17 grams.

      • Band 11 Pro: 43.5 x 28.2 x 8.99 mm, weight 18 grams.

Both models support wrist sizes from 130 to 210 mm , with some variants starting at 120 mm. The display is identical on both models: a 1.62-inch AMOLED panel, 286 x 482 pixel resolution, 347 PPI, and maximum brightness of up to 2000 nits. Battery life is claimed to reach 14 days with typical use, which includes notifications, calls, workouts, and alarms; with the Always-On Display active, it drops to about three days. Charging is via magnetic Pogo Pin.

There are also some software innovations, with version 2.0 of the digital wellbeing assistant : it can now detect 12 moods and suggest breathing exercises, accompanied by interactive animations. The sleep mode has also been improved, with support for HRV, SpO2, and early detection of respiratory abnormalities. The package also includes over 100 watch faces, numerous sports modes including running and cycling with advanced tracking, Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and sensors such as a 9-axis IMU and optical heart rate monitor.

Sales, as we were saying, have already started both on the official Store and at major retailers, both physical and online. The basic Huawei Band 11 costs €54.90, while the Huawei Band 11 Pro goes up to €74.90 . The launch promotion includes a €10 and €15 discount respectively; in theory only from the official Store , but we're already seeing a €15 discount on Amazon for both models . Be careful because, as often happens in the very early stages, it takes a bit of adjustment. On Amazon, however, some color variants are exclusive, including black, white, purple, beige, and green for the Band 11 (aluminum case) and blue and green for the Band 11 Pro.
